Again in the History of Cricket NewWaves won the Cricket match played on Ist July by beating TrendLosers (Oops i mean Trendsetters) badly by making them all out for mere 32 runs.

Captain Uday Poosarala won the toss and elected to bat, NewWaves batted first, and made 92 for all out in 25.3 overs

Trendsetters by bowling first gave away only 19 extras unlike last game where they gave 45+ only in Extras. TrendLosers got break at Regular Interval and at one point it seemed that NewWaves won't be able to Make even 60 + but a fine Knock from Anil Yerran made the Difference by scoring 23. Even though 92 was a low score to defend when compared to the last Week Match but a fierce bowling from New Waves tore Trendsetters batting apart. New Waves gave only 7 runs in Wide. Top Performers for New Waves Bowling - Krishna and Anil Batting - Anil and Uday. Overall it was the Team Effort which made the Difference.

This was the most Humiliating Defeat ( i mean by Margin ) for the TrendLosers. The Highlight of the Game was the TrendLosers Captain (Kuljit Singh Nijjar) was sent back to the Pavilion after getting him out for DUCK on the very first Ball. After he went back to the Pavilion there were talk that he was tring to call Bhargava in Kansas city to check if he can play for Trendlosers again.

Some of the Highlights of the Game are :

(1) Trend Setters Captain Kuljit Singh got out (playing careless) for 1st ball.

(2) New Wave's spirit was great even in their Captain's (Kuldeep) absense.

(3) Trend Setters may not have the capability to play for 30 over games. May be we should consider playing short innings (15 overs).

(4) Last week Kuljit has mentioned that 2 unbeaten teams have started the game. As u know it was wrong. NewWaves was the only unbeaten team till last week.

(5) Trend Setters didn't get any outside help as they did last week.

(6) Awards are only given to the Winning team and so we are Taking back the Awards given to Kuljit Singh.
